OUR ORGANISATION

Mallee District Aboriginal Services provides Health, Family, Early Years and Wellbeing services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their families in the Mallee region of north west Victoria.

Services are provided by more than 200 staff at our service centres in four locations -- Mildura, Swan Hill, Kerang and Robinvale.

The organisation's overall operations and administration are overseen by a Chief Executive Officer, Rudolph Kirby (pictured right).

Day to day operational aspects of the organisation are overseen by the Director of Family Services, Andy Charles and Director of Health Services Danielle Dougherty (pictured below).

Our MDAS Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Employment Strategy demonstrates the commitment by MDAS to Closing the Gap by:

Our plan

Aboriginal health, wellbeing, culture and economic prosperity is everyone's responsibility. But is is Mallee District Aboriginal Services' core business.

MDAS is proud to publish its second four-year Strategic Plan, which describes a vision for Aboriginal communities in the Mallee district, as well as MDAS's commitment to making this a reality.
