Strong & Deadly - Ideas to Connect

Being stuck at home can be tough at times.  But we all need to do our bit for all our mob – that means staying put to reduce everyone’s risk from COVID-19.

Even if we can’t be out and about, there are heaps of things we can do and share to bring us together.   We just have to find different ways and it’ll help us come out of this strong and deadly…

We’ve got heaps of ideas to keep families living tighter, keep kids busy, keep us all healthy and staying connected.

It might be new hobbies and things to learn…or getting back to some old ones again.  And we want you to share your ideas and what you’re doing with us!

And if your're looking for ways to explain COVID-19 to kids, we've found some great stories and videos: Here's a great story from the Australian Childhool Foundation, that makes it all seem a bit less scary. Click here to read it.  Here's another great story resource for kids from Autism Little Learners, about other people wearing masks and a great video story here about all this change.

We're sharing our ideas on our MDAS Facebook page and we'll keep all the activities, recipes and fun stuff here, so you can find and download them if you want to.
