Job Description:
The Caseworker Integrated Family Services is responsible for providing case management support to vulnerable Aboriginal children, young people and their families and undertaking assessments of the children, young people and their family using the Best interest case practice framework, developing child and family action plans, implements and reviews progress towards achieving the agreed plans in an ongoing way.
A key focus of the role is to work in partnership with the family and other services, particularly the Mallee Child First alliance, and other services involved provided integrated services within the Best interest case Practice framework. Travel between all MDAS locations including overnight travel to maximise work schedules may be required from time.
