Job Description:
The Men’s Family Violence team is primarily responsible for providing preventative and intervention case management services to Indigenous men with the aim of addressing family violence in Indigenous communities. Case Management services will be provided to men who are removed from the home due to violence and are subsequently homeless and men who may be on the verge of committing violence offences against their families.

The Coordinator is responsible for:
• Managing the day-to-day operations of Men’s Case Management Team, across the Mallee.
• Providing support to the Manager, Family Violence.
• The development of a responsive and efficient framework for operations service delivery that meets the requirements of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community as identified in the MDAS Strategic Plan.
• Ensuring the individual programs are operating within the MDAS procedural framework.
• Managing the programs budget and ensuring that the individual programs are operating to the agreed budgets.
