Job Description:
The Social Emotional Wellbeing Support Worker will assist the Social & Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) team by:

• Supporting the Alcohol and Other Drugs program development and implementation based on healthy living and management of serious health issues.

• Supporting a holistic Case Management approach to the Koori community.

• Working collaboratively with SEWB team, Alcohol and Other Drug Support Workers, Mental Health Nurse to promote the wellbeing of clients.

• Actively participate in team activities to promote recovery for clients.

A Social Emotional Wellbeing support worker works under the guidance of Social Emotional Wellbeing Team Leader.
